Advice From Consumers
We decided to sell our house and called a REALTOR® that specialized in our neighborhood. She suggested a listing price that we thought was unrealistic, but we went ahead and trusted her instinct. We couldn't have been more suprised when we had a signed contract for almost asking price less than a week later. My advice would be to listen to your agent, especially one that knows your neighborhood since your own estimate may be too low or too high. Beverly, Oxnard
