The city has 14 parks, a pooch park, skatepark, tennis courts, swimming pools, racquetball courts, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, public golf course and a youth activities center.
Claremont provides recreational and social activities for all ages through cooperative programs with the City, the Claremont Colleges and schools. Special interest classes for adults and children, after school and summer vacation activities, teen programs and an extensive seniors program are offered.
